The staff are extremely friendly. the breakfast is exceptionally nice. - the rooms are new-fashioned and stunning. - the hotel offers friendly service. - the pool is nice. - the location is good and easy to access with free parking outside. - the restaurant serves hot dishes.

During my recent stay at Carlton Al Moaibed, I was pleasantly surprised by the smooth check-in and check-out process. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The highlight of my stay was definitely the food - it was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience at Carlton Al Moaibed.

Excellent service smilly faces always,the food was unbelievable the best food I have ate in the eastern province the rooms are good and spacious.

The location in Al-Rakah Area was absolutely perfect, and the room was neat for my devices as expected.

Furniture is poor ( the coach is patched!!!),room service are not professional ( the next day we found one blanket on the floor), staff is not so kind or welcoming. I was expecting more from a Carlton!!!

Upon booking I asked for a pick up from airport, but nobody was waiting for me!

We checked-in in 2 minutes, and the room was ready and cold :). The room is clean and nice looking. Location is 5 min drive from the beach and the city cinter.

Some of the reception staff weren't nice !! Before they know that I am staying at the hotel, so when he knew I am, he talked nicely !!!!

The treatment was excellent. I had a leak in my shower in the 2nd day of my stay and I was given an upgraded room (suite) for the remaining 3 nights. Also, I was offered free breakfast because I qualified for a corporate rate that they had which was the same price like yours in addition to free breakfast.

They did not provide any complementary bottled water or a fruit basket. They also did not have any complementary tea or coffee supplies or even a kettle. However, they indicated that they can provide hot water for free (of course you probably would tip the room service boy)

the staff was respectful. the room was neat and the beds were very comfy. 3. Coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge were available. 4. the location was unbeatable, close to Al Khobar and Dammam. 5. the hotel was relatively close to Sky Lounge, making my trip to Al Khobar a perfectly pleasant experience.
